Interconnection of telecommunications networks

National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization, in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” is an Authority of state regulation in the area of telecommunications, and therefore operators of telecommunications of Ukraine that carrying out the interconnection of public telecommunications networks use, have to submit about enter into an Agreement on interconnection of telecommunications networks and on the Elimination of interconnection of telecommunications networks in accordance with the decision of the National Commission for Communications Regulation dated 08.12.2005 № 155, which is registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 27.01.2006 under number 71/11945 (with amendments) and is valid.
