Results of NCEC meeting dated September 28, 2022
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications", considering the applications of PAN-TELECOM, LLC the Commission canceled three licenses for the use of radio frequency resource (RFMC) of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in the territory of Lviv Oblast. This decision enters into force in 10 days after its adoption.
