According to the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications", considering the applications of economic entities the Commission canceled three licenses for the use of radio frequency resource (RFMC) of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal): two licenses of EMPLOT, LLC in the territory of Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast and a license оf TELEKOMUNICATCIYNA KOMPANIA STARNET, LLC in the territory of Kharkiv Oblast. These decisions enter into force in 10 days after their adoption.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radiofrequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services", according to the letter of subsidiary Enterprise with 100% foreign investment Ericsson the Commission made changers in addition to the decision NCEC from 01.10.2019 № 452 «On determining the possibility of using radio-electronic means in the territory of Ukraine» - it added a digital unite Baseband 6631 to the base station Ericsson Radio System.
