Results of NCEC meeting dated July 20, 2022
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" reviewed the applications of economic entities the Commission canceled four licenses for the use of radio frequency resource (RFMC) of Ukraine to: DATAGROUP PJSC - for mobile satellite radio (satellite radio and fixed radio services) in the territory of Poltava and Kharkiv Oblasts; Broadcasting, Radiocommunications and Television Concern - for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) in the territory of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast; RADIO-LINK, LLC - for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in the territory of Kharkiv Oblast. These decisions enter into force in 10 days after their adoption.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" considering the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.07.2022 No. 574-r "On approval of the decision on the exclusion of business entities from the Register of suppliers of electronic communication networks and services" NCEC canceled NETASSIST, LLC two permits to use the numbering resource with a capacity of 5,000 numbers and the code of transit point of the SS7 signaling network in Kyiv. This decision enters into force in 10 days after its adoption.
