In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications» National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radiofrequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services (NCEC) considered the relevant applications and revoked five licenses for the use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine: KEDR, LLC - for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) on the territory of Cherkassy Oblast; FLESHLAN-TELEKOM, LLC- for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) on the territory of Zhytomyr Oblast; INTERNATSIONALNI TELEKOMUNIKATSIYI, LLC- for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) on the territory of Luhansk and Lviv Oblasts; on the territory of Mykolayiv, Kherson and Kirovohrad Oblasts; on the territory of Khmelnytsky, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil Oblasts. These decisions shall enter into force within 10 days from the date of their adoption.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications» due to the lack of confirmation from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine on the payment for the extension of the license, NCEC revoked: paragraph 1.1 the decision of NCCIR from 30.12.2021 № 526 on the issuance of a license for an additional frequency resource (RF) bandwidth of «LEBEDYN SEED PLANT», PJSC; paragraph 2.2 the decision of NCCIR from 14.12.2021 № 475 regarding the extension the validity of licenses for the use of the radio frequency resource of Ukraine (RF of Ukraine) of SATELYT NET SERVYS, LLC; paragraph 4.2 the decision of NCCIR from 21.12.2021 № 493 regarding the extension the validity of licenses for the use of RF of Ukraine of CENTER VIRTUAL REALITY, PE.

In order to promote the implementation of the Decree of the President of Ukraine from 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «On the imposition of military state in Ukraine» which is approved by the Law of Ukraine from 24.02.2022 № 2102-IX «On approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine «On the imposition of military state in Ukraine» in accordance with Article 75 of the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications» and taking into account the letter of the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council on the need to use a four-digit short number for the organization of information and reference service of social orientation using the capabilities of electronic communication networks mobile communication providers of interpersonal electronic communication services NCEC  issued a permit to the technological user of the numbering resource to the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council for 6 months for the use of the short number 1553 for organization of information and reference service of social orientation «Processing appeals and providing explanations under military state» by connecting the equipment to electronic communications networks of mobile communications providers of interpersonal electronic communication services within the territory of Rivne City and Rivne region.

The decision will be notified to the technological user of the numbering resource and suppliers of electronic communication networks of mobile communication KYIVSTAR PRJSC VF UKRAINE, PRJSC; LIFECELL, LLC.
