In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” on the use of RFMC of Ukraine the Commission issued to KOMERTSIYNA LOHISTYKA, LLC three licenses for an additional RF bandwidth t for a term of 5 years: two licenses for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Poltava Oblast and in Zaporizhzhia, Rivne, Sumy Oblasts; a license for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in Odesa and Sumy Oblasts.

Іn connection with the decrease of radio frequency bands, the Commission re-issued to TELERADIOKOMPANIIA HLUKHIV-500 a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine and declared invalid the reissuing license for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Sumy Oblast validity on June 20, 2021.

The Commission extended the validity of two licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine to:

• a sole proprietor Sheluhin S.D. - for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Zaporizhzhia Oblast from July 14, 2021 till July 13, 2026;
• Broadcasting, Radiocommunications and Television Concern - for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) in Luhansk Oblast from July 07, 2021 till July 06, 2026.

In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two types of radio facility.

On the basis of notification, NCCIR included information about three operators: TRANS TURLINES, LLC which will provide services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items; execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers, execution of consumers’ requests on banking operations in the territory of Ukraine except the annexed territories; International services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items, execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers from the territory of the European Union and in the territory of EU, namely: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia Czech Republic, Sweden; YEVRO BUS TRANS, LLC which will provide the same services in the territory of Ukraine and also in the territory of Turkey, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Great Britain, England, Lithuania, Latvia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Israel; AVERS-AVTO-TRADE, PE - services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items, execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers, execution of consumers’ requests on banking operations in the territory of Ukraine.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” and in accordance with the Provisions on the State Regulation of the Numbering Resource of the Public Telecommunications Network of Ukraine, according to the applications of operators the Commission issued the following numbering resource:

• UKRTELEKOM, PJSC - final destination signaling code of SS7 network in Marinka, Donetsk Oblast with the issuance permit for a term of 5 years;

• BINOTEL, LLC – 2000 numbers in Vinnytsia, 2 000 in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; 2000 numbers in Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast with the issuance permit for a term of 5 years.

Due to the need of the operator to change the purpose of the numbering resource, without changing the validity of the permit, the Commission reissued to VF UKRAINE, PJSC a permit for the use of the short number 1563 to organize a custom service of social services "reference service" for use in the network mobile (mobile) communication with identification codes of mobile (mobile) communication network 50, 66, 95, 99 in the territory of Kremenchuk and Kremenchuk region, Poltava Oblast. The customer of the service is the executive committee of Kremenchug city council of Poltava Oblast.
