Results of NCCIR meeting dated October 05, 2021

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” the Commission issued to TELESYSTEMS OF UKRAINE, PJSC a license for an additional frequency resource bandwidth for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) in Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts for a term of 5 years.

According to the applications the Commission cancelled three licenses of:

  • UKRCOM, LLC - a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in the territory of Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast;
  • a sole proprietor Bozhko S.D. - a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in the territory of Cherkassy Oblast;
  •  sole proprietor Holoborodko V.M. - a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in the territory of Cherkassy Oblast.

In connection with the applicant's violation of the requirements of part one of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine" and paragraph 3.9 of the License Terms of Use of the Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine regarding the deadlines for submitting the application the Commission has refused to DISITEL, LLC extending the validity of a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in the territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission decided made changes to the information about the Continental car radar device manufactured by ADC Automotive Distance Control Systems GmbH, Germany and added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two types of radio facilities.

Upon examination of the application of NAUKOVO-VYROBNYCHE OBIEDNANNIA ROMSAT, LLC to determination the possibility of using specific types of REF or RC in the territory of Ukraine, and according to the results of technical expertise on issues of electromagnetic compatibility of declared REFs types, NCCIR identified as possible to use of two types of REFs in the territory of Ukraine.
