Results of NCCIR meeting dated July 27, 2021

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” for the use of RFMC of Ukraine in connection with the decrease of radio frequency bands, according to the application of LAN-KT PE the Commission re-issued a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Vinnitsa Oblast validity on September 14, 2022.

NCCIR extended the validity of two licenses to FARLEP-INVEST, PJSC for the use of RFMC of Ukraine: for multiservice radio access (radio communication in multi-channel distribution systems for transmission and retransmission of television image, sound transmission, digital information) in Kyiv City, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia Oblasts from December 08, 2021 till December 07, 2026; a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in Kharkiv and Odesa Oblasts from November 30, 2021 till November 29, 2026.

The Commission revoked to Broadcasting, Radiocommunications and Television Concern a license for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) in the territory of Ternopil Oblast with further cancellation permits for operation.

In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about one type of radio facility.

On the basis of notification, NCCIR made changes about POWER TRANS 8228, LLC to “The Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators”.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” and the Provisions on the State Regulation of the Numbering Resource of the Public Telecommunications Network of Ukraine (further - Regulation), NCCIR has removed of a sole proprietor Kuzmichov V.A 200 telephone numbers in Zdorivka village, Vasylkiv region, Kyiv Oblast followed by cancellation of permit.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (in connection with the re-issuance of the permit for the withdrawn numbering resource used by consumers) the Commission re-issued to a sole proprietor Kuzmichov V.A a permit for the use of numbering resource with the capacity of 200 telephone numbers in Zdorivka village, Vasylkiv region, Kyiv Oblast for a term of 5 years.

NCCIR allocated to UKRTELEKOM, JSC two final destination signaling codes of SS7 network in Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast with the issuance permits for a term of 5 years.
