Results of NCCIR meeting dated June 02, 2020
The Commission issued one license and extended the validity of a license for the use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine (RFMC of Ukraine). “The Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators” was supplemented with one operator. These and the other decisions were adopted during the regular NCCIR meeting on June 02, 2020
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” the Commission issued to TELERADIOKOMPANIIA ARTIMAKS, Private company a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Mykolayiv and Kirovohrad Oblasts for a term of 5 years.
In connection with the loss of license forms according to the applications of KOMPANIYA KHATANET, LLC the Commission issued duplicates of two licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Vinnitsa Oblast validity on January 11, 2022 and in Chernivtsy Oblast from April 06, 2020 till April 05, 2025 and re-issued them in connection with the change of location of legal entity.
Due to the decrease the number of regions and in connection with the decrease of radio frequency bands the Commission re-issued to KIYIVSTAR, PRAT a license for radio relay communication in 16 regions of Ukraine validity on December 26, 2020.
By the same decision, the Commission extended the term of the license to GRANAT UKRAINE LLC for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission and digital information) in Chernihiv Oblast from November 04, 2020 till November 03, 2025.
In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two types of radio facilities.
The Commission provided the manufacturer INTERNATSIONALNI TELEKOMUNIKATSIYI, LLC the manufacturer's registration number, including such information in Section II of the Register.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine”, the Regulations on the Procedure and the Form of Maintaining the Register of REF and RC, upon examination of the applications of DOChIRNYe PIDPRIYeMSTVO Z 100% INOZEMNIMI INVESTITsIYaMI ”ERIKSSON” to determination the possibility of using specific types of REF and RC in the territory of Ukraine and based on the results of technical expertise on ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of the claimed type of REF, the Commission amended the addition to the decision of the NCCIR of 28.03.2017 № 156 "About determination the possibility of using radio electronic facilities in the territory of Ukraine" (with changes) and in addition to the decision of the NCCIR of 01.10.2019 № 452 " About determination the possible use of radio electronic facilities in the territory of Ukraine ”(with changes).
In accordance with the Part 6, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Postal Communication”, with the Procedure for Conducting the Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators, on the basis of notification, NCCIR excluded information about the sole proprietor Davydovych T.R. from The Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators” and has included information about one operator - the sole proprietor Pavliv M.V. which will provide services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items, execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers, execution of consumers’ requests on banking operations in the territory of Ukraine except territory recognized as temporarily occupied.
International services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items, execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers from the territory of the European Union and on the territory of the European Union, namely: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia.
