Results of NCCIR meeting dated May 26, 2020

The Commission refused to issue one license for an additional radio frequency band and added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two types of radio facilities. These and the other decisions were adopted during the regular NCCIR meeting on May 26, 2020.

In accordance with paragraph 3 and 4 of Part 5 of Article 33 and of Part 4 of Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine”, the Commission has refused to issue to TELEKOMUNIKATSIYNA KOMPANIIA ZURBAHAN, LLC a license for an additional radio frequency band for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in the territory of Sumy Oblast in connection with the unreliability of the data in the documents submitted by the applicant for obtaining a license and in connection with the inconsistency of the applicant and the submitted documents with the requirements of paragraph 3.10 of the License Terms for the use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine (RFMC of Ukraine).

In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two Radio relay stations,"ALCOMA a.s", Czech Republic.
