In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine» the Commission issued to lifecell, LLC three licenses for an additional frequency resource (RF) bandwidth for radio link communication (radio link communication of fixed radio service) in Kyiv City, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Rivne Oblasts; in 17 regions of Ukraine; in Kyiv and 24 regions of Ukraine for a period of 5 years.

The Commission extended the validity of eight licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine:

• for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) two licenses to: a sole proprietor Suslov O.S. in Odesa Oblast from June 06, 2022 till December 31, 2026; SATELYT NET SERVYS, LLC in Donetsk Oblast from May 28, 2022 till December 31, 2026;
• for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) six licenses to: sole proprietors Maksymov S.V. in Mykolaiv Oblast from June 21, 2022 till June 20, 2022;  Grynkiv N.O. in Luhansk Oblast from May 10, 2022 till May 09, 2027; LLC BAHATOPROFILNA FIRMA EKSPRES, LTD  in Zaporizhzhia Oblast from April 05, 2022 till April 04, 2027; FRIRAYD, LLC in Kyiv Oblast from April 25, 2022 till April 24, 2027;  LANGATE, LLC in Chernivtsi Oblast from May 31, 2022 till May 30, 2027; LVIVTEKHNOINVEST, LLC in Zakarpattia and Lviv Oblasts from April 27, 2022 till April 26, 2027.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine», the Commission refused to LLC BAHATOPROFILNA FIRMA EKSPRES, LTD to extending the validity of a license for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in Zaporszhzhia Oblast in connection with the lack of grounds for extending the validity of this license, because, according to the  application of the same company, paragraph 2.3 of  NCCIR decision of 15.05.2018 № 261, this license was reissued and is invalid, and taking into account paragraph 2.5 of NCCIR decision of 14.12.2021 № 475, which extended the validity of the relevant license.

In accordance of the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine», the Commission has refused to LAN TREIYS, LLC to issue a license for an additional frequency resource bandwidth for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Kyiv Oblast in connection with the non-compliance of the applicant and the submitted documents with the requirements of the License Terms of Use of the RFM of Ukraine.

 In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine», taking into account the letter of Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies, State Enterprise NCCIR has revoked to MEHALAYN, LLC 489 permits for REFs* operation in connection with the revocation of the license for the use of RFM of Ukraine. This decision is subject to execution simultaneously with the execution of paragraph 1 of NCCIR decision of 23.11.2021 № 438 on the basis of part six of Article 38 of the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine».

In accordance with the paragraphs 10-12 of the Technical Regulations of Radio Facility and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied on the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register of REF* and RC**), the Commission added the information to Section I of the Register of REF and RC about two types of radio facility.

In accordance with the Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine «On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine» and upon examination of the applications of  ENTERPRISE WITH FOREIGN INVESTMENT ASBIS-UKRAINE, LLC concerning the possibility of applying the particular type of REF* and RC** on the territory of Ukraine, and according to the results of technical expertise on issues of electromagnetic compatibility of declared REF type, the Commission declared it impossible to apply on the territory of Ukraine three types of REF.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Telecommunications», the Procedure for maintaining the register of operators, telecommunications providers, the Commission excluded from the Register of operators, telecommunications providers a sole proprietor Boyarsky S.V. in connection with the termination of activities in the field of telecommunications, which is confirmed by information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Telecommunications» and the Provisions on the State Regulation of the Numbering Resource of the Public Telecommunications Network of Ukraine according to the application of UKRTELECOM, JSC the Commission issued the following numbering resource for a term of 5 years with the subsequent issuance of permits for use:

• 18 final destination signaling codes of SS7 network in: urban village of Velyka Lepetykha, Kakhovka region, Kherson Oblast; urban village of Trostyanets, Haisyn region, Vinnytsia Oblast; urban village of Mankivka, Uman region, Cherkasy Oblast;  Myronivka, Obukhiv region, Kyiv Oblast; Brovary, Kyiv Oblast; urban village of Verkhniy Rohachyk, Kherson Oblast; Severodonetsk, Luhansk Oblast; Svitlodarsk, Bakhmut region, Donetsk Oblast; Ugledar, Donetsk Oblast; urban village of Oleksandrivka, Donetsk Oblast; urban village of Vilshanka, Kirovohrad  Oblast; urban village of Demydivka, Dubna region, Rivne Oblast; in the town of Bibrka, Peremyshlyany region, Lviv Oblast; urban village of Zarichne, Varas region, Rivne Oblast; urban village of Husiatyn, Chortkiv region, Ternopil Oblast; urban village of Magdalinivka, Novomoskovsk region, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; urban village of Novovorontsovka, Beryslav region, Kherson Oblast; Bershad, Haisyn region, Vinnytsia Oblast;  
• a transit signaling code of SS-7 network in Kovel, Volyn Oblast.
