In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” for the use of RFMC of Ukraine the Commission extended the validity of three licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information): to IV-KOM, PE in Ternopil Oblast from May 29, 2022 till May 28, 2027 and two licenses to FARLEP-INVEST, PJSC in Kyiv Oblast from March 15, 2022 till March 14, 2027 and in Kyiv City from March 19, 2022 till March 18, 2027.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” and according to the application of MEHALAYN, LLC the Commission cancelled of two licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine on the territory of Ternopil Oblast: for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) followed by cancellation of permits.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine”, taking into account the letter of Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies, State Enterprise NCCIR has revoked to SOV-A 126 permits for REFs* operation and SKYTEL UA, LLC a permit for REFs* operation in connection with the revocation of licenses for the use of RFMC. This decision is subject to execution simultaneously with the execution of paragraph 1 of NCCIR decision of 02.11.2021 № 406 and № 408 on the basis of part six of Article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine".

In accordance with the Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” and the Regulations on the Procedure and Form of Maintaining the Register of Radio Electronic Facilities and Radiating Circuits that may be applied in the territory of Ukraine in common bands (public radio frequency bands) (the Register) upon examination of the applications of SIMENS UKRAINA, DOCHP Z 100%-OYU INOZEMNOYU INVESTITSIEYU concerning the possibility of applying the particular type of REF* and RC** on the territory of Ukraine, and according to the results of technical expertise on issues of electromagnetic compatibility of declared REF type, the Commission declared it impossible to apply on the territory of Ukraine one type of REF.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Postal Communication”, with the Procedure for Conducting the Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators, on the basis of notification, NCCIR excluded information about 166 CARGO EXPRES, LLC which will provide services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items, executing user orders for postal transfers, execution of consumers’ requests on banking operations on the territory of Ukraine.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” and the Provisions on the State Regulation of the Numbering Resource of the Public Telecommunications Network of Ukraine, according to the operator’s application the Commission has removed the following numbering resource with further cancellation permits for operation of:

• DATAGROUP, PJSC in Khmelnytsky Oblast: 24,300 numbers in Khmelnytsky; 4000 numbers in Netishyn; 4000 numbers in Kamyanets-Podilsky; 1000 numbers in the villages of Khmelnytsky region; 2000 numbers in Starokostiantyniv and in the villages of Starokostiantyniv region; in Khmelnytsky Oblast: three final destination signaling codes of SS7 network in Starokostiantyniv; in Kamyanets-Podilsky; in Netishyn; one transit signaling code of SS-7 network in Khmelnytsky;
• JOINT-STOCK COMPANY DMZ (JSC DMZ) 600 numbers and final destination signaling code of SS7 network in Dnipro.

In connection with the re-issuance of the permit for the withdrawn numbering resource used by consumers by the decision of NCCIR the Commission reissued to DATAGROUP, PJSC a permit for the use of the numbering resource on the territory of Khmelnytsky Oblast: 24 300 numbers in Khmelnytsky; 4000 numbers in Netishyn; 4000 numbers in Kamyanets-Podilsky; 1000 numbers in the villages of Khmelnytsky region; 2000 numbers in Starokostiantyniv and in the villages of Starokostiantyniv region for 5 years.

The Commission issued the following numbering resource for a term of 5 years to:

• DATAGROUP, PJSC in Khmelnytsky Oblast: three final destination signaling codes of SS7 network in Starokostiantyniv; Kamyanets-Podilsky; Netishyn; one transit signaling code of SS-7 network in Khmelnytsky;
• KAZENNE PIDPRYIEMSTVO UKRSPETSZVIAZOK the code of operator of the service of selection of departmental telephone networks on the territory of Kyiv City, Kyiv Oblast, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Sumy , Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv Oblasts.
