In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine” for the use of RFMC of Ukraine the Commission issued to economic entities two licenses for an additional frequency resource (RF) bandwidth for a term of 5 years:

• IUASITI, LLC for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) in Sumy and Chernihiv Oblasts;
• A.S. PE for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) in Kherson Oblast.

NCCIR extended the validity of four licenses for the use of RFMC of Ukraine:

• for broadband radio access (a radio data transmission system using noise-shaped signal) to KOMPIUTERNI SYSTEMY STINH, LLC in Zakarpattia Oblast from January 19, 2022 till January 18, 2027;
• for broadband radio access (radio communication in multichannel distribution systems for the transmission and retransmission of TV image, sound transmission, digital information) three licenses to: MAKSNET, LLC in Kharkiv Oblast from December 29, 2021 till December 28, 2026; UKRCOM, LLC in Kherson Oblast from December 11, 2021 till December 10, 2026; KIYIVSTAR, PJSC in Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts from December 13, 2021 till December 12, 2036.

On the basis of notification, NCCIR included to “The Unified State Register of Postal Telecommunications Operators” information about BONA TOUR, LLC, which will provide services for mail receiving, mail processing, transportation and delivery of postal items; execution of consumers’ requests on postal transfers, execution of consumers’ requests on banking operations in the territory of Ukraine except the annexed territories; International services for mail receiving, mail processing, from the territory of the European Union and in the territory of EU, namely: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia Czech Republic, Sweden.
